Up for auction is a Gibson Acoustic Guitar cut headstock
Made in Bozeman MT USA
I purchased this part from a local garage sale in Bozeman MT
The serial number dates to 1995
I'm not positive but I think this head was for a J-200 model
It has the inlayed MOP pineapple style logo with binding
It's made out of maple
It has some light scuffs and scratches
It's about 10/16 of an inch thick, 3 7/16 inches at the top of the scroll
The scroll is in good condition
It has a few scuffs in the finish
Maybe useful in a repair
A rare part that no longer escape the company
It's being sold as is, as pictured and as found. I'm not a professional luthier but tried to give the best description to my ability
